This Website provides information to persons interested in the Kingfisher County, Oklahoma class action lawsuit number CJ-2004-181 styled Wayne K. Janzen, Dustin E. Cole, Michael Ross et al vs. Gold Banc, et al. (the “Gold Bank Case”).

The “Class” in the Gold Bank Case is defined in the Notice but it primarily consists of agricultural borrowers who had Farm Service Agency (“FSA”) Guaranteed Loans (“GLs”) during the period January 1, 1999 through February 29, 2004, at Gold Bank or any of its predecessors as described in the Notice.
